Partner with a Crisis Care Center

Many Lifeline Crisis Centers have taken the lead on creating new partnerships to provide follow-up services with patients recently discharged from inpatient or ED settings. By utilizing the training and unique relationship crisis centers have with inpatient/outpatient facilities, patients, and Emergency Departments, crisis centers can become an important bridge between Emergency Departments (EDs) and individuals in need of care.
